This free timesheet calculator lets you add as many entries as a week actually needs, instead of forcing everything into fixed Monday-to-Sunday rows. Type a label for each entry — a day name, a date, or a shift name — then a clock-in time, clock-out time, and break in minutes. Add unlimited entries with the "Add entry" button, or remove any row you do not need.
Once you calculate, the timesheet calculator with overtime totals every entry, subtracts breaks, and splits the weekly total into regular and overtime hours using the threshold and multiplier you set (40 hours and 1.5x by default).
Example: Five entries at 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch each come to 7 hours 30 minutes a day, or 37 hours 30 minutes for the week — all regular hours, since it is under the 40-hour threshold. Add a sixth entry and the hours past 40 shift into the overtime column automatically.
There is no statutory overtime rate in the UK — whether overtime is paid, and at what rate, depends entirely on your employment contract. The only legal floor is that your average pay must not fall below the National Minimum Wage. Workers are entitled to an uninterrupted 20-minute rest break when working more than 6 hours a day. Estimates only. Not legal advice.
There is no account, no limit on entries, and nothing you type leaves your browser. When you are done, download a CSV of the entries or a PDF timesheet report with the full entry list and the regular/overtime totals.
