Hourlyfy's calculators run entirely in your browser. The names, times, rates, and other values you type into a calculator are used only to produce the result shown on screen. They are not sent to us, logged, or stored on any server we control.
Like most websites, Hourlyfy is served through a hosting provider that may automatically keep standard server logs for security and reliability purposes — things like IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time of the request. We don't use these logs to identify individual visitors, and we don't combine them with anything you type into a calculator.
The contact form on our Contact page sends your name, email address, subject, and message to us through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards it to our inbox. We use that information only to reply to you. You can also skip the form entirely and email us directly at business@hourlyfy.co.uk.
Hourlyfy itself does not set tracking cookies. This site may show advertising served by Google and its advertising partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our visitors based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can read more in Google's page on how Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of a number of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
Some images on this site are served from Pexels. Loading those images may share standard technical information, such as your IP address, with Pexels' servers — the same as loading an image from any external site.
Hourlyfy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (for example, in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah) to know what personal information is collected about you, request its deletion, or opt out of certain uses. Since Hourlyfy does not create accounts or store personal profiles, most of these requests will simply confirm we hold no personal data tied to you beyond routine server logs. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
If you're visiting from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the same principles apply: calculator inputs stay in your browser, and any advertising cookies are governed by the consent choices described above and by Google's own policies. Contact us if you have questions about how UK or EU data protection law applies to your visit.
If our practices change, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
